Frequently asked questions
Can you supply citrus outside the main season?
Lemons are available all year from our origins. For oranges, grapefruit and other citrus we plan supply across origins so the season is as long as possible; tell us your delivery window and we confirm what is available.
Which mango varieties do you supply?
Our range includes premium varieties such as Alphonso and Kesar from India, and seasonal mangoes from our other origins. Tell us the variety and ripeness stage you need.
How are avocados and tropical fruit shipped?
By reefer container or by air, depending on the product, the distance and the shelf life you need on arrival. We agree the temperature settings and transit time before shipment.
